Coffee production
From curing to the cup, under one roof
Annapurna Cafe runs a coffee production facility alongside a coffee-center restaurant. Beans are cured, roasted, ground, and blended here before they reach the table.
The process
Four stages, in order
01
Curing
Raw beans are cured and sorted before roasting, so each batch starts from a consistent, checked state.
02
Roasting
Beans are roasted in measured drum batches, with each profile set and recorded for repeatable results.
03
Grinding
Roasted coffee is ground and calibrated so particle size stays uniform across every production run.
04
Blending
Ground coffee is blended to specification, then the same profiles are served in the restaurant for direct tasting.
